Your case
Since you have come this far in our website, perhaps you or someone dear to you has been injured or wronged and you are wondering if a case should be pursued. It is at this point that you really should give us a call so that we may discuss the merits of the injury producing event and outline a strategy with you. Please do not hesitate to contact us. There is never a charge.
Please give us the details of your case
Our vast experience in personal injury, malpractice, and harassment allows us to thoroughly evaluate your claim and outline what the law provides. Managing your expectations towards a settlement will also be discussed with you.
Here's how we work.
Initial consultation
After an initial telephone conversation with you, we will set up a personal and confidential meeting with you so that we can make you aware of the merits and potential challenges your case may present. We will provide you with direction in obtaining medical care for the injury you have sustained. We will also assist you with all of the documentation that is necessary in presenting your claim.
Taking your case on a contingency
"Contingency" means that our law firm will receive a percentage of an award or settlement you receive along with a reimbursement of actual out of pocket costs if an award or settlement is obtained on your behalf. If there is no award or settlement obtained on your behalf, you will not pay us one penny. We will even be responsible for all of the out of pocket costs incurred.
We strive to keep a very high percentage of positive verdicts. Rest assured that once Bryman and Apelian take on the insurance companies and their team of lawyers on your behalf, you will be with a winning team!
Thank you for your interest in our firm.
