We at Bryman and Apelian want you to think of us as your law firm. If you have legal matters that are not related to personal injury litigation, we will assist you in finding a competent law firm that can help you for your particular need.

We truly welcome the opportunity to help you. Please feel free to refer us to your family, friends, and neighbors for their legal needs.

The Law Office of Bryman & Apelian is committed to helping others in their time of need.

Our law firm contributes to those who are less fortunate. In addition to the Red Cross, our firm made a substantial donation to the Children’s Burn Foundation and was recently recognized as being a “Hero” for making a difference in the lives of young burn survivors who received life-transforming support. Our firm recognizes the Foundation’s amazing work to save lives and to recover lost childhoods. It is for this reason our law firm will continue to support such a Foundation, one that is dedicated and committed to children whose childhood has been marred by devastating burn injuries.

Sharing our thoughts and concerns:

“The attorneys and staff members of the Law Office of Bryman & Apelian would like to remind us all how truly precious life is.  With our fellow citizens, we affirm the greatness of our nation and offer a prayer for those who have lost their lives in accidents, tragedies, national disasters, as well as to all of our soldiers who have fallen while serving in our Country’s armed forces."

Please join us in helping those less fortunate than us by donating to charities like the

Bryman and Apelian,

representing a 27 year old female, recovered $880,000.00 for suffering a low back injury after having been rear-ended in a low impact automobile accident. The amazing result took place despite the insurance company's team of lawyers, who argued that the impact was not strong enough to cause the claimed injuries, and pointed out that our client had been involved in another rear-end accident just months before!

$1,500,000
for 'men in basket'.

A 65-ton capacity rough terrain crane which was manufactured and sold with a load moment indicator (that would notify the crane's operator if the crane was at a point where it exceeded its weight capacity and was overloaded) had been intentionally disconnected. On the day in question, our clients who were being transported in a 'man-basket' were injured when the crane and its load overturned.

Our firm successfully argued that the contractor in charge of the jobsite was responsible for the accident since its crane operator violated safe practice standards by bypassing the load moment indicator and the contractor's improper use of the 'man-basket' which was found not to be in compliance with industry standards.
